Summary of Child Rescue Breathing video:
A patient is considered to be a child between the age of one to the first signs of puberty. If the child is unresponsive and not breathing but has a pulse, rescue breathing should be performed at a rate of one breath every three seconds for about a minute. After a minute, reassess the patient for breathing and check for a pulse. If there is no pulse present, begin CPR on this patient.

Testimonials
“This was wonderful! Your videos are to the point and gave simple, concise rationale as you went along. Also, this was an excellent way to take the test as well as nurses we must know the rationale for everything we do. Too, the re-enforcement at the end of the test really drives everything home. I'm a psych nurse so I rarely, if ever, am in a position to use these skills, so it's important for me to take a re-cert that is thorough. The instructor really knew his stuff, was clearly relaxed, and presented the information with great confidence. Thank you so very much!!”
