Yes, whether it is your first time or your 15th time, ProCPR is a great way to get CPR certified. We recommend that anyone being certified for the first time do a hands-on skill evaluation.
The American Heart does not review or approve third party CPR providers (we're their competition). However, ProCPR does adhere to the AHA's guidelines and is a perfectly acceptable certification.
Probably, but we recommend checking with your boss first to be sure. If you like, we can send a compliance packet explaining our program to your boss. Follow this link to see some of our specific approvals.
After watching the training videos, you should do just fine on the test. That said, you may retake the test as many times as you need to pass it. The test questions change each time, making no two tests identical.
