How the ProCPR Program Works

  1. To get started with ProCPR, simply login or sign up for a new account. Signing up is free.
  2. Once you have signed up for an account, you may choose to begin a course from our course selection. You will be asked to confirm that you have chosen the correct course, as some of our courses are similar, and we want to be sure that you have chosen the course that is appropriate for you.
  3. You will then train and test. You may go through our training and take the exam as many times as you need to until you pass.
  4. Upon passing, you will be asked to pay for your certification. The ProCPR certification costs $29.95.
  5. Upon payment, you will be able to immediately print out a temporary copy of your certification card, wall mount certificate, and CEU statement if desired. You will receive a hard copy of your wallet card in the mail within 5-7 business days.
  6. You will also have the option of doing a hands-on skill evaluation to complete the blended program if required by your employer or governing board for your occupation. You can find a skill evaluator to test your practical skills at BlendedCPR.com. If your employer has a recommended skill evaluator, you may be tested by them after the evaluator registers at BlendedCPR.com and receives approval through our compliance department. Approval requires proof of instructor credentials and registration online and may take up to 24-48 hours.

Common Questions about the ProCPR Program

  • Is this CPR card valid?
  • Yes, the card issued by ProCPR is a valid CPR certificate for professionals looking to renew their CPR certification. It is comparable to CPR for the Professional Rescuer through Red Cross or American Heart Association. We are accepted at a rate of over 98% across the United States and Canada.

  • What if I don't pass the test?
  • You may take the test as many times as necessary to pass for no additional charge. It is only after successfully passing the exam with a score of 85.0% or higher that you will have the option to purchase your certification. Upon payment, you will have unlimited access to print the temporary card, and your professional wallet card will be shipped to you by mail. Delivery in the United States usually takes between 5-7 business days.

If you would like to review or study for the test, click the "Video Review" link on the menu bar. It will bring up all our training videos which you can watch for free.

  • What is the Blended Course? (Hands on skills)
  • With a blended course, you take the cognitive test/challenge portion of your certification online with ProCPR and print out your blended course packet.

Then, you would take this certificate to an instructor of your choosing or designated trainer for your employer, and they would evaluate your hands-on skills, usually in 30-45 minutes. After the skill evaluation the hands on instructor would co-sign the back of your card.

If your employer doesn't have a recommended instructor, go to BlendedCPR.com to find an approved evaluator in your area. Skill evaluators usually charge between $20 and $40 for this service.

  • How do I get my card?
  • After you pass the test you will have the option to pay and receive your certificate immediately by printing it from your computer printer. Then just laminate the certificate for durability if you would like to.

You should receive your professional wallet card within 5-7 business days. Please verify that the address you entered during registration is accurate and complete.
