Summary of training video: Adult CPR
Adult CPR is performed by checking for patient responsiveness, contacting emergency services, and checking for breathing. Next, perform two rescue breaths, check for a pulse, and begin CPR if the patient has no pulse and is not breathing. Perform 30 compressions at a rate of 100 per minute and a depth of 1.5 to 2 inches in the center of the chest. These 30 compressions should be followed by two rescue breaths, and repeat the cycle until an AED or emergency services arrives.

“Thank you, this was a wonderful way to re-certify my CPR status. I especially liked the fact that after I answered each question on the test, I was given an answer as to whether I gave the correct answer. Not all sites for CPR renewal give that feedback. Thank you again.”
